Job summary

Squarely LLC seeks a polished Client Relations Associate in Chicago to handle inbound calls and front-desk coverage. You will be the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and callers, delivering warm, professional service in a fully in-office role.

The position requires reliable on-site attendance during scheduled hours as hybrid or remote work isn’t available. You’ll support CRM data, calendar updates, and general office tasks to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Stays calm under high call volume and competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new software
• Comfortable with phone systems, calendars, CRM platforms, scanning, and office tech
• Dependable with reliable on-site hours and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Inbound call management: primary point of contact for incoming calls and messages
• First impressions: represent the firm with poise, warmth, and confidence
• Client service: provide attentive, efficient service and route requests to the right team
• Call flow: manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
• Call records: log details and enter information into the CRM
• Reception coverage: greet clients and direct them to the right place
• General inquiries: answer routine questions and route complex queries
• Scheduling support: assist with appointment coordination and calendar updates
• Administrative support: assist teams with data entry, filing, and scanning
