Job summary

Folklore Event Rentals in Southern California is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to own client interactions from the initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. You’ll guide clients, coordinators, and planners to ensure every event feels seamless and memorable.

You’ll manage proposals, changes, and payments, while keeping accounts and orders organized in RW and HubSpot. This on-site role requires proactive problem solving and strong teamwork to deliver exceptional events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales coordination or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing orders from inquiry to completion.
• Familiarity with CRM/order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring clients feel supported and excited to work with us.
• Listen to client dreams and translate them into actionable proposals and timelines, filling gaps proactively.
• Build proposals, track changes, collect payments, and seek opportunities to add value.
• Keep accounts, orders, change orders, payments, and documentation sharp in RW and HubSpot.
• Coordinate with showroom, logistics, warehouse, and operations to ensure promises match event day execution.
• Communicate quickly to adapt to curveballs and keep events on track.
