Riverside EpiCenter is seeking a Sales Coordinator to act as a front-line ambassador, handling inbound event inquiries, cultivating client relationships, and guiding prospects through proposals to event confirmation.

The role blends consultative selling with exceptional customer service, requiring organization, responsiveness, and relationship-driven collaboration across departments to deliver EPIC client experiences and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required or preferred.
• 2–5 years in hospitality, conference centers, hotels, or venue management.
• Experience with customer relationship management and event software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects to convert leads into bookings.
• Prepare proposals, rental agreements, and supporting documentation with accurate pricing and details.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to event confirmation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless event execution and client handoffs.
• Identify additional services to increase revenue and enhance client experience.
