Job summary

Genesis Capital LLC is seeking a Client Acquisition Associate to identify, engage, and qualify prospective borrowers while driving Genesis Capital’s growth objectives. You will serve as the first point of contact, build relationships with real estate developers, and contribute to a data-driven sales process.

In this on-site role, you will prospect across phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events, manage Salesforce pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Sales, Business Development, or similar revenue-generating role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients and opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to convey Genesis Capital's value proposition.
