The Data Strategy Analyst is responsible for the quality, completeness, and integrity of the market and prospect data that drives the Company's sales pipeline. The role identifies and profiles prospective borrowers, verifies the information behind them, and maintains that information as a dependable asset across the systems the sales, reporting, and credit functions rely on. Positioned within the Strategy & Analytics vertical, the analyst works closely with Business Intelligence and Sales Management on the team's data priorities and serves as a research resource to the wider commercial organization. Primary discovery research is performed by an offshore research while this position defines what gets researched, sets the standard the output is held to, resolves the judgment calls the process cannot, and answers for the integrity of the data once it enters the firm's systems.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $115,000/annual
