Job summary

Genesis Capital, a leading business purpose lender, is seeking a Client Acquisition Associate to drive new business opportunities with prospective borrowers in the LA market. You will prospect, qualify, and nurture relationships with decision-makers, collaborating with Marketing, Credit, and Operations to expand our lending pipeline.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events, maintain CRM data, and analyze market trends to refine territory

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a similar revenue-generating role.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
• Experience within financial services, lending, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and other engagement channels.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients within existing and expansion markets.
• Establish and develop relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and industry stakeholders.
• Communicate Genesis Capital's value proposition, products, capabilities, and differentiators.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
