3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
Financial services, lending, real estate, or related industries preferred.
Strong CRM usage and data hygiene in Salesforce or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients aligned with growth objectives.
Establish relationships with decision-makers and communicate Genesis Capital's value propositions.
Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in Salesforce and related systems.
Monitor KPIs, report on outreach activity, and collaborate cross-functionally.
