Arizona Department of Child Safety in Safford, AZ is hiring Case Manager/Child Safety Specialist. This on-site role conducts home visits, interviews families, coordinates services, and supports placements while working with courts and partner agencies. Training leads to step-based pay with increases over time.

Eligible candidates have a degree or 4 years of relevant AZ DCS experience, plus a driver’s license and clearance card. Full-time, benefits included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years as an AZ DCS Case Aide.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in child safety or related state services preferred.
• Successful completion of 22-week training program.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to allegations of child abuse or neglect.
• Conduct interviews and assess child safety in homes and communities.
• Coordinate services and develop case plans.
• Attend court hearings and prepare professional reports.
• Transport children and support placement needs.
• Collaborate with courts, providers, and partner agencies.
