Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License required.
• People management experience (leading a team) is essential.
• EPA Universal CFC certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems.
• Supervise and develop engineering staff including hiring, training, and coaching.
• Create and update preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans.
• Lead budget and participate in capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate with clients and property teams on communications and operations.
