Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in building operations or similar roles.
• Experience leading an engineering or maintenance team.
• EPA Universal CFC certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems.
• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff; hire, train, coach, develop.
• Create/update preventive/predictive/reactive maintenance plans.
