The successful candidate will oversee preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, safety programs, and client relationships, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in building operations and maintenance with strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing engineering and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to deliver building performance with 100% uptime commitment.
• Oversee all building systems operations and safety/compliance programs.
• Manage client relationships and vendor contracts to ensure service excellence.
