Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems to ensure first-class condition.
• Supervise engineering staff and coordinate with Property Managers.
• Develop and refine preventative maintenance and service call programs.
• Maintain documentation and records for operations and audits.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate after-hours procedures.
• Ensure compliance with building policies and standards.
