Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated leads. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate terms, and manage post-sale implementation with clients.

Expect frequent domestic travel, a data-driven approach, and strong CRM usage to track activities and pipelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years sales preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast; hit quotas
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
• Travel domestically for meetings and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
