Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated leads. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service terms.

Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, maintaining a robust pipeline, and traveling domestically to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Proactive and highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving new business goals.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Understanding and consistent execution of sales methodologies, strategies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients and finalize terms of the client service agreement.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by management deadlines.
• Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
• Attend team onsite meetings, client visits, events, conferences, and training sessions (domestic travel).
