Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of our service at client sites in Santa Monica. You’ll greet guests, assist with meal setups, and help ensure every service runs smoothly while building positive relationships with hosts.

Responsibilities include facilitating delivery intake, overseeing meal presentation, maintaining clean, safe service areas, and collecting feedback for HQ. This part-time role pays $21/hour, with a $15 monthly cell phone stipend and a 401(k) match

Qualifications

Background in hospitality, food service or similar customer-facing role.
Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Delivery Intake: Ensure smooth transport from loading dock to client’s meal space and verify no missing items.
Oversee Meal Set-up/clean-up: Guide layout, assist with equipment, manage presentation, and store leftovers properly.
Maintaining Cleanliness/food safety: Keep serving areas clean and organized throughout service.
Customer Experience: Greet guests, interact to ensure satisfaction, respond to requests and questions.
Meal Feedback: Inventory food before/after, collect employee preferences, and share feedback with HQ.
