Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of our service at major clients. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, manage meal setup, and help ensure smooth operations while building positive relationships with client teams. You will handle delivery intake, meal setup, cleanliness, and feedback.

A Food Handler's Certificate is required or willingness to obtain one (costs covered). Part-time hours typically 10–30 per week with pay at $21.00 per hour plus a $15 monthly cell

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service or a similar customer-facing role.
• Willing to work as a team to ensure smooth execution.
• Responsible and attentive with ability to work with little supervision.
• Passion for food service and a customer-first mentality.
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost covered).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake and ensure smooth transport from loading dock to client space.
• Oversee meal set-up and clean-up, manage presentation, and store leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in serving areas during service.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Take inventory, gather preferences, communicate with on-site staff, and share feedback.
