Job summary

Zerocater on-site catering attendants are the face of our service, helping deliver seamless meal operations for our clients in San Francisco. You will greet guests, assist with meal setup, manage service flow, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety while delivering a warm, responsive guest experience.

Part-time role with weekday daytime shifts; compensation is $23 per hour plus a monthly cell phone stipend and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service (highly preferred).
• Customer-facing role with a can-do attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake and ensure all items are present.
• Oversee meal setup, service flow, and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in serving areas.
• Greet guests, assist with questions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Take inventory and relay feedback to HQ.
