Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of the service at client sites. You’ll engage with guests, answer questions, and help ensure every meal goes smoothly. You will facilitate delivery intake, oversee meal setup and cleanup, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and gather feedback for HQ.

This is a part-time role with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service. Typical shifts are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, with 10–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service, or similar customer-facing role.
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost covered).
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with reliability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake and verify all items are present.
• Oversee meal setup and cleanup, manage presentation and leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety in serving areas.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather meal feedback and report to HQ.
