Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to join our team in San Francisco. You will be the face of Zerocater at client sites, answering questions, engaging with guests, and helping ensure a seamless meal service.

Responsibilities include facilitating delivery intake, overseeing meal setup and cleanup, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and gathering feedback for HQ. The role requires hospitality experience and a food handler certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, food service (highly preferred) or similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests, answer questions and address concerns.
• Oversee meal setup, layout and presentation; manage leftovers.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety in serving areas.
• Support on-site to ensure smooth meal service operations.
• Take inventory before/after meals and share feedback with HQ.
