Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to support day-to-day meal operations at client sites. You’ll be on-site, answering questions, engaging with guests, and helping ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for employees and visitors.

You will help with delivery intake, meal setup and cleanup, cleanliness, and guest interactions. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a passion for food service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Background in hospitality, food service (highly preferred), or a similar customer-facing role.
• Teamwork and cooperation are essential for smooth execution.
• Must be responsible, attentive and able to work with little supervision.
• Passion for food service and a customer-first mentality.
• Must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate delivery intake and ensure all items are present.
• Oversee meal set-up and break down, manage presentation, store leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in serving areas.
• Greet guests and respond to questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Take inventory and share feedback with HQ regarding meals.
