Zerocater is hiring On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of our service at our clients' sites. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, and help facilitate meal operations to ensure every service goes smoothly.

The role suits those with hospitality or food service experience. You may need a Food Handler’s Certificate, lift up to 40 pounds, and be comfortable on-site. Part-time, $21/hour, plus a $15 monthly cell stipend and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certificate (company covered)
• Able to work as part of a team and help others
• Customer-focused with a passion for food service

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Delivery Intake: ensure smooth transportation from loading dock to client meal space and verify all items are present.
• Oversee Meal Set-up/clean-up: assist with food layout, equipment, presentation, and storage of leftovers.
• Maintaining Cleanliness/food safety: keep serving areas clean and organized during service.
• Customer Experience: greet guests, respond to requests, and address questions or concerns on site.
• Meal Feedback: inventory food before/after meals, gather employee preferences, and share feedback with HQ.
