Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a team lead or management position with a background in hospitality, food service, or similar customer-facing role.
• Track record of being a true team player and helping others to ensure smooth execution.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Responsible with attention to detail and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients; answering questions or issues they may have.
• Conduct pre-shift preparation tasks and delegate shift responsibilities to appropriate team members.
• Ensure Zerocater standards are exceeded with every meal served.
• Serve as an executive decision-maker around meal issues with quick thinking.
• Schedule new On-Site Specialists to shadow current employees while maintaining quality and service levels.
