Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants in Mountain View to support client meals, greet guests, answer questions, and ensure smooth service. You will manage meal setup, assist with layout, and help keep areas clean and presentable.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a customer-first approach, with a part-time schedule and on-site duties at client sites. Compensation includes $23.00 per hour, a $15 monthly cell phone stipend, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service, customer-facing role.
• Team player and willing to help others to ensure smooth execution.
• Responsible and attentive with minimal supervision.
• Real passion for food service and a customer-first mentality.
• Must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake and ensure items arrive intact and complete.
• Oversee meal set-up and clean-up, manage presentation and leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in serving areas.
• Greet guests, engage customers and respond to requests or concerns.
• Take meal feedback, inventory before/after meals, and report to HQ.
