Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site cafeteria experience for our clients. The role focuses on delivering chef-made, hand-delivered lunches and creating a positive, engaging office dining atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has catering/event servicing experience, strong guest interaction skills, and a passion for representing the Sifted brand in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with catering and event servicing.
• Detail-oriented with focus on the customer experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced events and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure all staff are delighted.
• Create an inspiring pop-up vibe between four concepts.
• Explain menu details including allergens and ingredients.
• Collect feedback with specific metrics and report to the Account Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
