Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer-experience minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage on-site experiences at client offices. You will work a Tuesday/Wednesday shift, explore pop-up vibes and ensure guests have a remarkable lunchtime experience.

The role emphasizes fast-paced events, collaboration with culinary teams, and representing the Sifted brand with hospitality at the forefront. On-site work in corporate kitchens and offices is required.

Qualifications

• Food service experience encouraged but not required.
• Detail-oriented with focus on guest experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced events and guest interaction.
• Strong brand representation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lunch experience at client location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Learn menu with culinary team and deliver to office.
• Create pop-up vibe with branded materials and messaging.
• Communicate menu stories through paper branding.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to Community Manager.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and experience.
