Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events and is excited to represent the Sifted brand.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with a company van required and a valid driver's license. Candidates should be comfortable working both in a kitchen setting and on client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with a focus on the customer experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced events and guest interaction.
• Committed to representing and growing the Sifted brand.
• Welcomes feedback and personal/professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with culinary team to learn the menu, pickup lunch, and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded paper and creativity.
• Explain the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
