Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ brand new cafeteria. The ideal candidate is an experienced catering host seeking cross-functional training and growth, in-office environments across the Seattle area.

Based in a busy office cafeteria, you will interact with guests, share the Sifted story, and uphold high standards for food safety and service while collaborating with teammates and the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Washington State Food Handler certification
• Experience with catering and event servicing
• Excellent guest service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure staff are delighted
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office between four unique concepts
• Tell the story of the menu and answer questions on allergens and ingredients
• Collect feedback including metrics and report back to the Account Manager
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
