Job summary

Sifted, LLC is seeking a customer experience‑minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on‑site experience at our clients’ locations in Seattle. This role involves joining a kitchen team, delivering meals, and crafting a branded, engaging lunch environment for staff.

The ideal candidate enjoys pop‑up events, values guest experience, and is open to feedback for personal and professional growth. Compensation is $24/hr with 24 hours PTO, paid company holidays, and free lunch.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to manage on-site events and deliverables.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded messaging and materials.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through signage and paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
