Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations, schedule: three days per week. The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events, fast-paced guest interactions, and is excited to represent the Sifted brand through creative, branded lunch experiences in office settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Candidate is detail oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced events and guest interactions.
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and representing it in-person.
• Open to feedback and opportunities to improve personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team, learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded paper and creativity.
• Tell the story of the menu and ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
