Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The role requires use of a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7am–3pm, with a strong focus on guest interaction and brand representation. You will learn menus from the culinary team, coordinate delivery to offices, and craft a lively, branded lunch environment while collecting feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive in fast-paced events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort representing the Sifted brand at client sites.
• Open to feedback and opportunities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location to delight staff.
• Coordinate with culinary team to learn menus, collect lunches, and deliver to offices.
• Create a pop-up vibe using branded materials and creative presentation.
• Describe menu items and ingredients through on-site messaging and signage.
• Collect feedback with concrete metrics and report to the Community Manager.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and overall experience.
