Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer-experience minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The role runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 2:30pm, with a pop-up, branded lunch program in high-growth workplaces.

The ideal candidate has a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and active insurance; mileage reimbursement is provided. Prior food service helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast‑paced events and interacting with guests

Responsibilities

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
• Creating an inspired, pop‑up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
