Job summary

Zerocater is looking for On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of our service at client sites in Costa Mesa. You will greet guests, assist with meal setup, and ensure smooth delivery from loading dock to dining area.

This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. A Food Handler’s Certificate is required or will be funded by Zerocater, with shifts around lunch hours on a typical schedule.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Team player with ability to work with little supervision.
• Passion for food service and customer-first mentality.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake, ensuring items arrive and are complete.
• Oversee meal set-up and clean-up, manage presentation and leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety at serving areas.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and address questions/concerns.
• Take inventory and gather feedback from employees, communicating with HQ.
