Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to support day-to-day meal operations at our client sites. You will greet guests, coordinate meal setup, and ensure smooth service while delivering excellent customer experiences.

This part-time role requires reliability, teamwork, and a passion for food service. Schedule includes Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, with opportunities for extra shifts. Eligible for a $15 monthly phone stipend and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to engage guests.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth delivery intake from loading dock to client meal space.
• Oversee meal setup, layout, equipment, presentation, and leftovers storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in serving areas during shifts.
• Greet guests, respond to questions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Take inventory and collect on-site feedback for HQ.
