Job summary

Zerocater seeks On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of the service at client sites in California. You will engage with guests, support meal service, and ensure smooth daily catering operations.

Responsibilities include facilitating delivery intake, overseeing meal setup, cleanliness, and safe food handling, while delivering a warm customer experience. This part-time role offers a $21.00 hourly rate, a monthly cell phone stipend, and 401k match, with potential for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work as a team.
• Must have Food Handler’s Certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery intake; ensure smooth transport from loading dock to client space.
• Oversee meal setup, presentation, and cleanup; store leftovers properly.
• Maintain clean serving areas and food safety practices during service.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and address questions/concerns to enhance customer experience.
• Take inventory before/after meals and relay feedback to HQ.
