Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to be the face of our service at client locations. You will greet guests, help with meal setup, ensure cleanliness, and engage with teams during service.

This part-time role pays $21.00 per hour and includes a $15 monthly cell phone stipend along with a 401k match with immediate vesting. Availability Monday–Friday 11:00am–3:30pm, 10–30 hours per week, on-site in California.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or food service and customer-facing experience.
• Team-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, attentive and reliable on-site adherence to service standards.
• Genuine passion for food service and customer-first mentality.
• Must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Delivery Intake and ensure all items are delivered to the client’s meal space.
• Oversee Meal Set-up and clean-up, manage presentation and leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety at serving areas during service.
• Greet guests and respond to requests to enhance customer experience.
• Take meal feedback and report to HQ for continuous improvement.
