Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or admin support preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• On-site availability at Groveport location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch customer service to internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and documentation.
• Monitor carrier performance against timeliness and documentation standards.
• Enter proof-of-service data promptly after delivery.
• Verify proof-of-delivery is visible to customers within timeframes.
• Identify and report service issues or delays for resolution.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, terminals, and carriers.
• Coordinate vendor and terminal team interactions to minimize handoff delays.
• Review carrier invoices and flag discrepancies.
• Participate in initial investigations of lost or delayed freight.
• Maintain organized records across multiple systems.
• All other duties as assigned.
