Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking an Operations Key Accounts Coordinator – Logistics Services to support and maintain our key accounts. This on-site role coordinates daily logistics operations, ensures data accuracy, and collaborates across internal and external teams to resolve issues.

You will manage records, communicate professionally with carriers and customers, and help sustain performance against key metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support.
• Strong customer service focus and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Excellent data accuracy and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated coordination and troubleshooting for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and systems.
• Maintain accurate data, communications, and billing records.
• Ensure performance meets key metrics and expectations.
• Identify and coordinate resolutions for key accounts.
• Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and teams.
• Review customer and carrier expectations and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records across multiple systems.
• Perform other duties to meet evolving business needs.
