Alpha is opening new campuses across America and is hiring a Campus Coordinator to run the non-academic heartbeat of the campus. This hands-on, on-site role ensures safety, facilities, and logistics run smoothly while delivering high levels of service to students, staff, and parents.

You'll own communication, device management, and Google Admin tasks, coordinating safety drills, onboarding, and campus operations at one of our campuses in Boca Raton, FL or other locations; in-person work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar.
• At least 6 months hands-on IT troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Strong communication skills with parents, students, and vendors.
• Ability to work in-person at one of multiple campuses.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as the on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
