Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Campus Operations Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of our campuses. This in-person role covers safety, facilities, logistics, and day-to-day tech administration, with duties ranging from safety drills to device issues and staff onboarding.

You will be the primary on-site contact, ensuring clear communication with parents, students, and staff, while maintaining a high bar of service and a calm, proactive approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1+ year in office coordination, facilities, or site operations.
• At least 6 months in IT troubleshooting, device management and account admin.
• Strong communication with parents, students, and staff.
• Comfort building warm relationships with children and families on campus.
• Able to own campus operations and make sound decisions in lean environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, access control, drills, and incident documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities, transportation, logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology as on-site tech liaison.
