Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to own and coordinate the non-academic, day-to-day functions of our campuses. This in-person role requires calm decision-making, strong communication, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure a safe, efficient environment for students, staff, and families.

You will manage safety drills, devices, onboarding, and vendor communications, while partnering with campus leadership to uphold high service standards and parent trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar role
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT troubleshooting, device management, and account administration in a work, school, or volunteer setting
• Strong communication skills with parents, students, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent updates
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations
• Manage student devices and campus technology as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator
