Alpha is hiring an Operations Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of our campus. This hands-on, on-site role ensures campus safety, facilities, logistics, and tech administration are running smoothly.

You will coordinate safety drills, manage devices, onboard new staff, and address parent concerns with calm, clear communication. This role directly impacts student well-being, staff effectiveness, and parent trust.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1+ year in office coordination or facilities operations.
• 6+ months hands-on IT troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, students, and vendors.
• Comfort building relationships with children and families on campus.
• Ability to own campus operations and make decisions in lean environments.
• Calm under pressure with a strong service orientation.
• Availability to work in-person at Greenwich, CT (or other Alpha campuses).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, access control, health incidents, drills, and documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as on-site tech liaison and Google Admin.
