Alpha is building one of the most ambitious school models in the world. This Site Operations Coordinator role sits on the ground at one of our campuses (Greenwich, CT; Boston, MA; Boca Raton, FL; South Bay, CA) and ensures the non-academic side runs to the same high standard as the classrooms.

You will own campus operations, safety, facilities, logistics, and basic tech administration, coordinating with parents, staff, and vendors to deliver a calm, confident campus experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination or facilities support.
• At least 6 months hands-on IT troubleshooting, device management and account administration.
• Strong communication with parents, students and vendors.
• Ability to own campus operations and make sound safety and logistics decisions.
• Willing to work in-person at one of the campuses and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as the on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
