Job summary

Alpha is hiring an on-site Operations Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of our campuses. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, manage safety, facilities, logistics, and on-site tech administration, including device management and Google Admin duties.

This hands-on role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and the ability to deliver a high level of service that supports student well-being and parent trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
• At least 6 months of hands-on basic IT troubleshooting, device management, and account administration in a work, school, or volunteer setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, students, and vendors professionally.
• Demonstrated comfort building warm, trusted relationships with children and families in a visible on-campus role.
• Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, communication, and basic technology in a lean environment.
• Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Boston, MA; Boca Raton, FL; South Bay, CA, or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
