Alpha is hiring a Director of Membership to own the enrollment journey at a single campus, from inquiry to first day. You’ll manage 20+ active families, guide tours, and deliver decisions with personalized care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned admissions/enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to tell the prospective client not to enroll when not a fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Excellent concise written and spoken communication with executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Led in-person tours or hosted experiences for affluent families.
• Can nurture 30+ day multi-touch relationships until enrollment.
• Owned measurable enrollment or high-value customer-acquisition targets.
• Willing to relocate to and work on-site in one of the listed markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, promptly answering inquiries and reviewing applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions to families personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction; report pipeline health weekly.
