Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and eight or more years experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems may be required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems.
• Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment and controls.
• Oversees external contractors and ensures work complies with SOPs and work packages.
• Maintains building lighting, energy management programs, and building management systems.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains safety and regulatory compliance.
