Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience in a commercial property setting. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is expected, plus the ability to work shift patterns and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and other devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Repair building finishes and perform carpentry tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
