Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of industry-related experience.
• Five years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience.
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain; licenses as required by local/state/national rules.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA; safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Monitor energy usage and optimize operations.
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvements.
• Prepare budgets and control inventory and purchasing.
• Supervise and develop Engineering staff; set performance goals.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors and property managers.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage; enforce regulations.
• Conduct inspections and maintain logs and documentation.
