Job summary

Transwestern seeks an Assistant Building Engineer in Bellaire, TX, on-site, responsible for maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain building lighting, fixtures, and safety compliance.
• Work on-site in Bellaire, TX with potential overtime as needed.
