Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years building maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required.
• Strong organizational and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of buildings and installed systems; may direct contractors.
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain energy management to minimize operating costs.
