Job summary

Surge seeks a Bilingual Workforce Manager to coordinate temporary help and training for a major client. The role requires English and Spanish or Creole proficiency, supervises Staffing Specialists, delivers high-quality service by matching temporaries to client needs, and supports business development through excellent client relations.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruiting programs, orientation, client meetings, and performance coaching while ensuring profitability and accurate

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish or Creole.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years previous experience in a customer service industry required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialist(s) and Workforce Supervisor(s) as necessary
• Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service
• Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
• Produce requested management reports
• Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity
